Our gutter brooms are manufactured from wire of high carbon content that has been specially processed to increase tensile strength, offering greater life and better performance. Gutter broom wire is available for purchase in 100lb. boxes.

These gutter brooms are specially manufactured by WCE for Mr. Air / MASCO sweepers from high grade of polypropylene that has been specially processed. The result is an increase in the life and performance of the broom.

We supply quality Strip Brooms that can be changed without removing the core from the sweeper. The process can be completed by one man in fifteen minutes. The brooms allow for easy storage and are 100% recyclable.

Poly and Wire wafers in flat or convoluted are ideal for all sweeping conditions. Wafer brooms in high quality and durability provide longer usage and are ideal for rough road debris.

                                                        All of our Cable Wrapped Main Brooms are filled using only virgin polypropylene bristles. By increasing the amount of poly used we are able to manufacture brooms that are of excellent quality, offering greater strength and durability. Also, our brooms are wound evenly giving increased life and a clean, neat finish. Our broom cores are reinforced to insure continuous perfect sweeping patterns.

 

TUBE/KICK BROOMS, the alternatives to using wafers ► THESE ALTERNATIVE TUBE BROOMS UTILIZE SIMILAR LOCKING SYSTEMS TO THE WAFER STYLE CORES INSIDE THE TUBES TO KEEP THE BROOMS SECURE DURING SWEEPING. TWO EQUAL TUBE BROOM SECTIONS CAN BE BUTTED TOGETHER TO FORM ONE FULL COMPLETE TUBE BROOM OR AVAILABLE IN ONE SOLID LENGTH. One of the main benefits to using this Tube Broom is the reduced cost of labor. This broom can easily be installed in less time then it would take to remove the old wafers and spacers one by one and then replace them with new wafers and spacers one at a time. Another benefit is the longevity of the Tube Broom compared to wafer usage. Because we eliminate the need for spacers between wafers it allows for a closer and heavier fill, thereby extending the life of the broom. These Tube Brooms can be used on the following sweepers: BROCE, ROSCO, WALDEN AND CHALLENGER. COMMON SIZES AVAILABLE: 84" (2 pcs.) @ 42" ea., 96" (2 pcs.) @ 48" ea. and 104" (2 pcs.) @ 52" ea.
